CNA Float Pool Application

Submission of the CNA float pool application does not guarantee placement. Acceptance into the float pool is subject to verification of:

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting the application form. Providing false credentials, including misrepresenting CNA certification status, may result in immediate removal from the float pool and may be referred to the Louisiana State Nurse Aide Registry.

Limitation of Liability

Square Bidness Health provides staffing coordination services. We are not liable for any employment disputes, workplace incidents, or outcomes arising from placements beyond our direct control. All CNA placements operate under RN clinical supervision per Louisiana Board of Nursing guidelines.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the Square Bidness Health name, logo, and materials, is the property of Bee's Angels LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana.
